Join the World’s Largest Lesson

30 August, 2017

The World’s Largest Lesson is returning to classrooms across the globe this September!

The lesson is held worldwide annually to raise awareness of the Global Goals on Sustainable Development (SDGs), which were agreed by UN members in 2015 and will shape our world over the coming years.

This year, the lesson will run from Monday 18 September. It’s very easy to get involved: Schools simply need to provide teaching aimed at introducing pupils to the Global Goals, either in individual classes or through whole school activities.

Many useful teaching resources on the goals are available online, including lesson plans and videos directed at children and young people of various ages.

Best of luck to any GLP Schools planning to join the lesson! Make sure to send some photos of your activities to glp@centreforglobaleducation.com.
