‘Ulster Fry’ brings some Global Flavour

11 March, 2019

In Tanya Davies’ school, Bridge Integrated Primary School in Banbridge, pupils recently hosted an ‘Ulster Fry’ breakfast. Parents who have settled in Ireland from other countries prepared breakfast from their home country, and all pupils got a taste! Parents and pupils represented Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, South Africa and they also shared about their language and traditional customs, in recognition of International Mother Language Day (21st February).
